Since WEG's creation in 2013, I've had the privilege of leading the group and steering its development. We've grown to support over 500 universities globally, expanding from an HE job board to a multi-solution recruitment, people, and technology provider. All profits are reinvested in the University of Warwick to support students, research, and the wider community.
